Knock yourself out to your little hearts desire - and yes of course this can, and should be done, without worrying too much about what other people think about it. That including, but not being restricted to, adding a metric eton of Anime, MLP, super bazonga boobies or whatever stuff you happen to fancy, and on top of that, with or without Dragons. No one ever said that you can't mod your own game any way you want. If he was asking it in Skyrim General forums because he was on console, that would have been a different world. The joy of modding a single player game is configuring it the way you like to play it without worrying about others' preferences. Considering his request was posted in the Mods forums where people mod their own game, it is not ludicrous at all.
